Zazas Pasta Handmade Spinach Fettuccine
Our pastas start with only high quality non-GMO, local and organic ingredients. They are extruded through bronze dies to create a rustic texture perfect for holding onto sauces. They are air-dried at least 24 hours to slowly extract the moisture from the pasta creating a dried pasta that retains the quick-cooking and tender consistency of fresh pasta. Zaza’s Pastas are made without dairy or eggs so they are totally vegan!
