Roelli Cheese Haus is located East of Shullsburg, Wisconsin, and has a family tradition of making hand-crafted specialty cheese for nearly 100 years. Roelli Little Mountain is a traditional washed rind Alpine cheese made in the Appenzeller style. Has a smooth and nutty flavor. Made with raw cow’s milk and aged at least 6 months.
