Guusto is a flat, buttery-flavored, fresh and squeaky baked goat cheese, inspired by Juusto - our award winning version of a cheese originally made in Scandinavia over 200 years ago. We bake each piece to create a toasted crust similar to brown bread. Traditional cheese created with milk from goats on Wisconsin pastures; hand milked by Amish farmers; delivered to our plant in chilled milk cans - the old fashioned way.
