Silvan Ridge Pinot Gris, Oregon, 2007

The long mild summers in Oregon are perfect for ripening Pinot Gris. Fruit from the southern part of the state contributes aromas of lychee and guava while fruit from the north adds flavors of key lime. The result is a fragrant wine with mouthwatering acidity. Alcohol 13.8% by volume.
