San Antonio Winery is one of the last wineries to specialize in the production of fine dessert wines. Our Madeira comes from the San Joaquin Valley in California, providing the perfect climate to grow our spectacular grapes. Creating our fortified wines by adding brandy to arrest the fermentation process leaves us with a sweet wine with high sugar perfect for cooking with or enjoying after dinner as a dessert on its own. San Antonio Winery Madeira shows nutty, oxidized characters of Flor yeast with a light amber color, making it similar to Sercial form the island of Madeira.
