Local Sicilian varietal which at first was cultivated only in small area and then spread throughout the entire island of Sicily. Red wine which stands out for its lively and fruit characterictics. It pairs well with rissotto, pasta, red meats, game lamb and seasoned cheeses. Alc 13.5% by vol. Product of Italy.
