Domaine Jolly has been present in the vineyards of Chablis for several generations. The domaine cultivates 19 hectares of vineyards over three appellations, Petit Chablis, Chablis, and Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume. Our wines are vinified in stainless steel tanks to preserve the freshness of fruit and superb mineral complexify typical of the wines of the Chablis region.
