Molise is a small mountainous region which borders the Adriatic sea in between Abruzzo and Puglia. This 100% Pinot Grigio pours a pale straw color with some golden hues. It is crisp, dry, with soft pear and melon flavors and a fresh citrus aroma. In the mouth it is smooth and silky. Pairs nicely with seafood, light pastas and cheese.
