**This Cabernet Franc Sparkling Rose is all the rage in the “natural wine” world.** *The grapes were crushed and left on the skins for only six hours, then pressed to stainless steel tanks. The wine was fermented cold to slow fermentation and add to the wine’s complexity, then bottled before fermentation was complete to get just the right amount of sparkle. This wine is beautifully dry with rhubarb and strawberry notes, slightly cloudy and immensely fizzy. This wine compliments lighter food such as Salads, Sushi, or Seafood and the dry acidity of the sparkling rose helps it go well with spicy dishes.*
