Sometimes an item becomes sold out before our personal shopper collects your order. In this case you have several options.

Before you place the order, you can choose a substitution option for each item like “best comparable” where our shoppers will look to find a similar product of comparable quality and price. You can also choose “Same Brand (Different Size)”, “Same Size (Different Brand)”, Same Price”, or “No Substitution”. If you choose no substitution our shoppers will move past the item that is not available. If they can find a substitution, they will often call or text to confirm the replacement.

You can also leave notes for any individual item (when you view your item list before checkout) if you would like to provide more information.
